Our Herbs are Extracted
Blue Dragon Herbs is dedicated to
using only the purest, highest quality, chemical-free herbs for
our full spectrum herbal extracts. Most of the herbs used in production
come directly from China and are harvested from specific bio-regions
according to ancient cultural tradiditions. Standardized extractions
of a few non-Chinese herbs, such as Kava Kava from the Pacific,
Milk Thistle from Europe and Ginkgo Biloba from the U.S., have been
added to several of the formulas to boost their strength and potency.
Blue Dragon Herbs uses a time-tested extraction
process that utilizes all natural solvents. No hexane or ethers
are used in production. All formulas are in a low alcohol and vegetable
glycerice base. Alcohol has been an important ingredient for herbal
products and in both China and the West for centuries. It is an
excellent carrier of active ingredients, enhancing both bio-availability
and ease of assimilation. The nutritional components of liquid extracts
are immediately available for assimilation by the body. This means
more effecient use of the herb, as well as improved results.
